Cancellation Penalties:

Ordinary Guests Guests who cancel their reservation on the day before they are scheduled to stay at the hotel will be charged 20% of the room charges for the first night per guest. Guests who cancel their reservation on the day they are scheduled to stay at the hotel will be charged 80% of the room charges for the first night per guest. Group Guests Groups that cancel their reservation 9 to 2 days before they are scheduled to stay at the hotel will be charged 10% of the room charges for the first night per guest. Groups that cancel their reservation on the day before they are scheduled to stay at the hotel will be charged 80% of the room charges for the first night per guest. Groups that cancel their reservation on the day they are scheduled to stay at the hotel will be charged 80% of the room charges for the first night per guest. Important: If guests do not arrive at or contact the hotel by 9:00 a.m. (or in case guests have informed the hotel of their expected arrival time, two hours past that time) on the day they are scheduled to stay at the hotel, the reservation may be treated as a cancellation.
